NuOrder Information

What is NuOrder?
We use NuOrder as our wholesale portal so that you can place wholesale orders with ease.

Do I have a NuOrder login? If you have been a customer in the past or submitted a wholesale application you probably already have a login. Try entering your email address associated with our brand and follow the steps below. If you follow the steps below and you can’t sign in, please send us an email: customerservice@petergrimm.com or call us at: 800-664-4287 M-F 8 am to 5 pm PST. 

How do I login to NuOrder?

1. Go to www.app.next.NuORDER.com

2. Enter your email address and password.

3. Click “Log In”.

What’s my password? 
Your temporary password is included in your NuOrder registration email (the registration email comes from hello@nuorder.com – make sure to check your spam and whitelist this email address).

Can’t find it, or can’t remember it? Click on “Forgot your password?”

Enter the email address attached to your account, and NuOrder send a new temporary password to that address.

Changing Your Password. If it’s your first time logging in, be sure to update your temporary password.

To change your password:

1.From the Task Manager, click on PROFILE

2.Enter and confirm your new password.

How do I request a NuOrder login?
Click here to fill out our wholesale application. If approved, you will receive an email from hello@nuorder.com with your temporary password. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to review your wholesale application. If you think you already have a wholesale login and are not able to access your account please contact our office!
