Shipping and Returns
Domestic Shipping
- Free shipping for web orders over $75 USD within the Continental US.
- Ships via UPS Ground Shipping from San Diego, CA.
- Same-day shipping for orders before 12:00 PM PST (excluding weekends).
- Shipping options for domestic and international orders.
International Shipping
- Shipping available to select countries, including Canada, Mexico, France, UK, Germany and Australia. Free return shipping only within the Continental US.
- Items sold and shipped from the United States.
- Customers responsible for international shipping charges, local taxes, duties, tariffs, and similar charges.
Returns and Damages (Retail Customers)
- Returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached.
- Please contact customercare@petergrimm.com to request a return label and a free return label will be emailed to you for a seamless return process.
- Please return items in their original boxes with the attached return label.
- Damaged items due to manufacturer defects may qualify for credit or replacement.
- Customers are responsible for damage resulting from mistreatment.
- Credit will be issued within 3-5 business days upon receipt for eligible retail returns.
- Orders are eligible for return within thirty (30) calendar days of original order placement. Please contact Customer Service with any questions.
Returns (Wholesale Customers)
- Notify within seven (7) calendar days of delivery for shortages, damages, or substitutions.
- Wholesale returns accepted for manufacturer defects or shipping errors.
- Returns shipped at the customer’s expense, with authorization number visible on each box.
- 15% restocking fee for returns not associated with defects or shipping errors.
- Credit issued upon receipt and inspection within 14 calendar days.
- Items must be in saleable condition with original tags attached.
- Contact customercare@petergrimm.com for an RA #, providing order details and reason for return.
- Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders, or customer-error returns subject to a 15% restocking fee and freight charges.
- Allow 1-2 business days for a response.
