Risa Marie

Name and where you are from.

My name is Risa Marie and I was born and raised in California but spent my most formidable years thus far living in Hawaii.

What are your passions in life?

My passion in life is pursing what makes me happy. When you chase the things that truly make your heart happy, that will only make you happier; and that is when you know that you’re on the right path.

Who or what inspires you?

The earth inspires me daily. Nature is just so incredible and perfect really, being immersed in it, really is the most inspirational force. As for people who inspire me: my parents. The most hardworking, completely selfless and loving people I have ever met.

What words best describe you and make you a True Character?

If I had to sum myself up with a few words I suppose I would use… Adventurous, optimistic, and hungry! What makes me a true character? I can’t be 100% sure honestly! I would like to think it’s my ability to lead by example, and my love of special and unique wears!

What phrase or saying do you live by?

I have two sayings that I love and think about daily: both are actually song lyrics.

The first by Tupac: “for every dark night there is a brighter day.”

The second by Tom petty: “ you belong among the wild flowers, you belong some place you feel free.”

How would you describe your fashion and/or hat style?

Oh man that’s a hard one! Well when it comes to clothing- the older I get the more I think about comfort, the stretchier & softer, the better! When it comes to hats- there’s no style I won’t try. I think there’s a hat for any and every occasion.
